About the estate
The Clos de Tart estate is located in Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte d'Or and looks back on nine hundred years of uninterrupted history. Founded in 1141 by Cistercian nuns, the winery covers a vineyard area of 7.53 hectares. As the largest of five Grand Cru Monopoles in the region, the entire climat belongs to a single owner. Over the centuries, the property has had only four owners until it was acquired by the Pinault family in 2018.
