The historic Château Saint-Roux looks back on centuries of history and is located in the Var department in the heart of Provence. The origins of the farm date back to the 15th century, while the estate today operates as an authentic and ecologically oriented property. Across a vineyard area of 40 hectares, the estate cultivates its vines and produces organically farmed wines in three colors. Vinification is carried out using natural, local yeasts to faithfully reflect the expression of the terroir. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Côtes de Provence and Maures IGP denominations.
