About the estate
The Château Pas de l'Ane estate was founded in 1999 and has continuously developed since its creation. The vineyard covers a surface area of thirteen hectares, which are spread across five different communes within the AOC Saint Emilion Grand Cru denomination. Due to this parcel distribution, the winery benefits from a diversity of terroirs including gravelly sands, ferruginous sands, and clay-limestone soils. The vines, with an average age of thirty-five years, are cultivated using reasoned viticulture and undergo manual preparation prior to harvesting. Following a complete renovation, the property is equipped with modern facilities for vinification and wine ageing.
