Château Moulin des Laurets

About the estate

The Château Moulin des Laurets estate is located in Puisseguin, northeast of Saint-Emilion, and has been owned by the Mounet family for three generations. The winery covers twelve hectares of vineyards planted on soils split evenly between clay-limestone and clay-siliceous compositions. The clay-limestone soil produces full-bodied and tannic wines, whereas the clay-siliceous soil yields supple and fruity wines. The combination of both has established the reputation of the estate within the Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion appellation.
