About the estate
The Château Guillotin estate cultivates 5.6 hectares of vineyards, which are entirely certified organic. Established in 1730, the vineyards have been passed down through the Moritz family and are currently managed by Lucian Moritz. The grape varieties planted in the vineyards consist of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinification takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by maturation in concrete vats and barrels. The resulting red wines fall under the AOC Puisseguin Saint-Emilion and Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion appellations.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
