About the estate

Château la Vaisinerie is a historic estate dating back to the 17th century in the Bordeaux wine region, originally established as an annex to Château de Puisseguin. The property spans a total area of 25 hectares, featuring 12 hectares of vineyards with clay-limestone and clay-silt soils on an average vine age of 35 years. Located within the AOC Puisseguin Saint-Emilion appellation, the vineyard is planted with 90 percent Merlot and 10 percent Cabernet Franc. Cultivated under reasoned agriculture principles and certified as Haute Valeur Environnementale, the wines undergo maturation in French oak barrels. Since July 2019, the estate has been owned by the Moses family and is led by Alain Moses.

The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Merlot and Cabernet Franc. The estate sells to horeca and retail.
