About the estate

The Château La Haye estate looks back on a long winegrowing history dating back to 1557, when Sire Janot Bernard acquired the property and planted the first vines. Following centuries of family ownership, Chris Cardon purchased the property in Saint-Estèphe in the Médoc region in 2012. The vineyards feature soils dominated by clay-limestone and fine gravel. A variety of grapes are cultivated here to produce the estate's Grand Vin from Saint-Estèphe, a second wine, and a Grand Vin from Pauillac. The royal monogram referencing the historical connection between King Henry II and Diane de Poitiers adorns all labels of the winery.

The eno directory lists 3 wines.
