About the estate
The Château Gassier estate is located in Provence at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain and looks back on a long-standing history. Founded in 1982 by Antoni Gassier, the winery is run today as a family business across five and six generations. The 40 hectares of vineyards are organically certified and spread across micro-parcelles. Winemaker Georges Gassier and oenologist Léa Rouyet produce expressive white and rosé wines in the Côtes de Provence and Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellations. For aging, the estate utilizes both traditional concrete vats and Austrian oak casks.
