The winery cultivates a vineyard area of five hectares on sandy-gravelly soils with vines of an average age of over sixty years. Farming is conducted using reasoned methods with manual harvesting, organic fertilization, and comprehensive soil cultivation. Vinification is carried out traditionally in stainless steel vats, followed by maturation in French oak barrels. The portfolio is additionally complemented by the La Rivière cuvée.
