About the estate
The Château Favori estate is situated at an altitude of 300 metres in the Provence Verte and covers 30 hectares of vineyards located in a natural amphitheatre. The origin of the estate name dates back centuries and appears on historical maps from the time of Napoleon, with ancient ruins bearing witness to long-standing agricultural activity. In 2017, Thierry took over the management of the property with a vision focused on responsible and sustainable viticulture. The vineyards are cultivated according to organic agriculture and High Environmental Value standards, incorporating resistant grape varieties and flower plantings. Furthermore, the estate relies on energy independence, electric vehicles, and rainwater harvesting systems.
