About the estate

The historic Château des Bormettes estate is located in La Londe-les-Maures in Provence and looks back on a long history dating back to 1588 with the construction of the Chartreuse by the monks of Chartreuse de la Verne. The family-run winery has been managed for over forty years by Fabrice Faré and his wife Hélène, supported by a dedicated team. Covering 72 hectares of vineyards, grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, and Cinsault thrive on soils rich in schist and quartz. The portfolio features expressive red, white, and rosé wines produced under the AOC Côtes de Provence and AOC Côtes de Provence la Londe denominations. The estate practices sustainable and reasoned viticulture in the vineyards and ages its wines in a historic 17th-century vaulted cellar.
