About the estate

The Château de Fleys estate is a family-run winery located in Fleys in the heart of the Chablis region, with a history dating back to the late 19th century. The origins of the current property trace back to Julien Philippon, whose descendants have continued to pass the estate down from generation to generation. The vineyards cover around thirty hectares, comprising Chablis AOC as well as the Chablis Premier Cru climates Mont de Milieu and Les Fourneaux. Farming practices respect nature through HVE certification, leading to vinification in a modern winery building constructed in 2006.
