About the estate

The Chateau de Chamilly winery is situated in a green valley in the north of the Côte Chalonnaise and has a history dating back to the 17th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, the Desfontaine family acquired the estate along with its surrounding lands. The current vignerons of the estate produce a range of wines covering various regional appellations. These include appellations such as AOC Bourgogne Aligoté, AOC Mercurey, and AOC Crémant de Bourgogne. The estate presents and distributes its wines at various trade fairs and exhibitions.
