About the estate
Château Dalem is a historic estate on the Right Bank of Bordeaux featuring a vineyard created in 1610. The property covers twenty hectares of clay-limestone soils planted with Merlot and Cabernet Franc. It is a family-run estate managed across generations by Brigitte Rullier Loussert and her son Charles Pouvreau. The production relies on exclusive hand-harvesting and plot-by-plot vinification. For aging, the winery utilizes a modern, semi-underground cellar equipped with French oak barrels.
