About the estate
Château Chadenne is one of the oldest properties in Fronsac, situated on the heights overlooking the Dordogne valley. Philippe and Véronique Jean acquired the estate in 1999 and subsequently invested in modern infrastructure and meticulous vineyard management. Guided by the oenologist Christian Veyry, they implement careful practices such as severe pruning and green harvesting on a plot-by-plot basis. The diverse terroir and dedicated cultivation shape the character of the wines from this traditional appellation.
