About the estate
The Champagne Vollereaux estate has been run as a family business for six generations and manages forty hectares of vineyards in Champagne. The vineyards are located on the Coteaux Sud d’Epernay and in the Marne Valley, planted with fifty percent Chardonnay, thirty percent Pinot Noir, and twenty percent Meunier. For vinification, the winery uses thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks alongside traditional and modern presses. The bottles are aged in the estate's historic chalk cellars.
