The Champagne estate Champagne Serge Faye cultivates five hectares of vineyards spread across five communes. The vines are planted on limestone and clay-limestone soils with southern and southeastern exposures. The winery engages in sustainable viticulture and holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale certification. The grape variety is predominantly Pinot Noir, accompanied by Chardonnay. Vinification is mainly carried out in enamel-lined vats without malolactic fermentation.
