About the estate

The Champagne Salmon estate manages ten hectares of vineyards in Chaumuzy. The clay-limestone soils and the sunshine exposure of the estate provide optimal conditions for viticulture. The work focuses on the Pinot Meunier grape variety, which accounts for 85 percent of the vineyard area and contributes roundness and fruitiness to the champagne. The portfolio includes a one hundred percent Meunier collection as well as cuvées from the Montgolfiere line. The wines are distributed through an established network of partners in France and internationally.
