The Champagne house Champagne Olivier Père et Fils was founded in 1910 and is managed today in the fourth generation by the brothers Bertrand and Julien. The estate cultivates eleven hectares of vineyards spread across roughly twenty south-facing parcels on the steep slopes of Trélou-sur-Marne in the Marne Valley. The grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir are grown on the remarkable clay-limestone soils. The winemakers practice sustainable farming through integrated crop management to ensure high grape quality. The portfolio consists of carefully crafted, fruity, and harmonious champagnes.
