The Champagne house Champagne Maurice Vesselle was founded in 1955 by Maurice Vesselle in Bouzy and is managed today by his sons Didier and Thierry. The estate cultivates 7.5 hectares of vineyards located exclusively in Grand Cru sites in Bouzy and Tours-sur-Marne, with a strong focus on Pinot Noir. The brothers utilize traditional methods such as plowing the soils, operate with HVE certification, and prioritize environmental preservation and biodiversity. During the vinification process, malolactic fermentation is avoided to preserve the freshness of the wines, and the portfolio includes both Champagne and a traditional Bouzy Rouge.
