The Champagne Marguet Père et Fils estate cultivates 8 hectares of vineyards with old vines in Ambonnay and Bouzy. The team applies biological and biodynamic methods, uses phytotherapy and aromatherapy, and has employed horses for soil cultivation since 2010. The wines are crafted in the cellars using gentle techniques such as gravity and aging on the lees. Well-known single sites include Les Saints Remys, Les Beurys, and Les Crayères in Ambonnay, as well as Les Loges in Bouzy.
