About the estate
The Champagne Liébart-Régnier house looks back on a history as landowners spanning over seven generations and was founded in 1960 by Lucien Liébart and Georgette Régnier. Today, the family manages the independent estate with eleven hectares of vineyards in the heart of the Marne Valley, spread across 35 parcels in Vauciennes and Baslieux sous Châtillon. On clay-limestone soils, the estate cultivates all seven Champagne grape varieties, which alongside the classic varieties include the traditional forgotten grape varieties Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Gris. The winery follows environmentally conscious practices and holds both HVE and VDC certifications. In the cellar, the parcels are vinified separately in temperature-controlled tanks and oak barrels using a minimum of additives.
