The family-owned champagne estate Champagne Lassalle Hanin is located in the Premier Cru village of Chigny-les-Roses. The winery was founded in 1950 by Paul Lassalle and his wife Hélène Hanin, whose family already owned vineyards. Today, the estate is managed by the descendants of the founders across three generations. The vineyards are spread over various terroirs, including the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley, and the southern slopes of Epernay. For the production, the estate utilizes the three traditional grape varieties of Champagne.
