About the estate
The Champagne Jean Pol Hautbois estate is located in the Saint-Thierry massif in Pévy and has been managed for five generations. The family cultivates eight hectares of vineyards using sustainable and certified methods. They grow the three main grape varieties of Champagne as well as forgotten varieties such as Arbane, Petit Meslier, and Pinot gris. The winery combines traditional vineyard management with mechanical soil cultivation and permanent grass cover. Today, the current generations continue this long-standing winemaking tradition.
