About the estate

The Champagne house Champagne J-M Rigot was founded in 1963 by Jean-Marie and Christiane Rigot and is now managed in the third generation. The estate is located in the Champagne region, with its vineyards situated mainly on the right bank in the Marne Valley on clay-limestone soils. The grape varieties cultivated include Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, which are vinified in stainless steel vats and oak barrels and aged for several months in the estate's cellars. The vineyards are cultivated using reasoned and environmentally friendly methods. The entire harvest is pressed and vinified by the family themselves.
