About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne J.Lassalle was founded in 1942 by Olga and Jules Lassalle in the heart of the Montagne de Reims and is now run by successive generations of women. The estate manages 16 hectares of vineyards spread across numerous parcels in surrounding villages, all classified as premier cru. The vineyard is predominantly planted with Meunier, supplemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay on clay and limestone soils. Cultivation follows the principles of sustainable viticulture in harmony with the environment. Around 150,000 bottles are produced annually through traditional and environmentally conscious methods.
