The Champagne house Champagne Hazard-Devavry is located in Condé-en-Brie in the heart of the Champagne wine-growing region within the Marne Valley. The vineyard estate covers approximately six hectares and is distributed across six communes surrounding the Marne Valley. The planted grape varieties consist of three-fifths Pinot Meunier, one-fifth Pinot Noir, and one-fifth Chardonnay. The grapes are pressed and bottled at the cooperative in Monthelon, while traditional processes such as riddling and disgorging are carried out in the family cellar.
