About the estate
The Champagne Hamm estate has been rooted in the historic landscape of Aÿ in Champagne since 1910, looking back on a long family tradition. The winery crafts authentic cuvées from carefully selected grapes originating from the Montagne de Reims, the Marne Valley, and the Côte des Blancs. The production relies on the traditional grape varieties Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Meunier, which grow on soils composed of chalk and clay. At the end of 2024, the house joined the Iconic Nectars group to preserve its heritage and continue its artisanal expertise.
