About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Gabriel-Pagin Fils was founded by Roger Gabriel, who harvested the first grapes from his own vineyards in Avenay Val D'or. Later, Pascal Gabriel took over the family estate together with his wife Marie-Catherine, and they are now joined by their son Aurélien. The estate covers 9.5 hectares with vineyards located in Premier Cru and Grand Cru terroirs including Avenay Val D'or, Mutigny, Avize, and Cramant. The grape variety distribution consists of 80 percent Pinot Noir, 18 percent Chardonnay, and two percent Pinot Meunier. The winery follows sustainable and environmentally friendly practices backed by certifications.
