About the estate
The Champagne house Champagne Edouard Brun & Cie was founded in 1898 by Edouard Brun in Aÿ-Champagne. The family estate manages approximately ten hectares of vineyards situated exclusively in Premier and Grand Cru terroirs. During vinification, the juices are fermented village by village in stainless steel tanks, barrels, and large wooden casks. The creation of the cuvées and blends is personally carried out by the family within the estate. Today, the winery is managed by Philippe and Emmanuel Delescot, who oversee both the vineyards and commercial operations.
