About the estate

The family estate Champagne Denis Frezier has farmed vineyards in Monthelon between the Marne Valley and the Côte des Blancs for seven generations. The estate encompasses approximately six hectares of vines spread across six villages, including sites in Hautvillers, Cramant and Chavot-Courcourt. The vineyard is planted with 45 percent Meunier, 45 percent Chardonnay and 10 percent Pinot Noir. The winery operates organically and holds certifications for sustainable viticulture as well as the environmental standard Haute Valeur Environnementale. In the cellar, the wines mature for months to develop freshness, fruit and complexity.
