About the estate

The Champagne Coquillette Stéphane estate looks back on four generations of experience, with the fifth generation already involved. The vineyards are located on the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims, focusing on Chardonnay in Chouilly and Cuis as well as Pinot Noir in Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. The vines grow on a thin layer of topsoil above a chalk bedrock. The winery applies sustainable farming methods, uses organic fertilizers, and is currently converting to high environmental value certification. All grapes originate exclusively from the estate's own vineyards and are processed entirely on the property.
