The Champagne Charles Mignon estate is run as a family business by Bruno and Laurence Mignon together with their children Manon and Guillaume. In a modern cellar equipped with thermoregulated stainless steel vats of small capacity, the winery crafts precise champagnes from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir grapes. Sourced from the finest crus of Champagne, the cuvées combine minerality, fruitiness, and freshness. Since 2003, the house has been listed with the Union des Maisons de Champagne.
