About the estate
The Champagne Brisson Jonchere estate is a récoltant-manipulant founded in 2005 located in the Côte des Bar. The family-run winery cultivates three hectares of vineyards planted with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. All production steps are carried out internally, producing approximately 30,000 bottles of Champagne and Ratafia de Champagne IGP annually. Since 2017, the estate holds the Haute Valeur Environnementale 3 certification in recognition of its environmentally conscious viticulture. Additionally, the winery creates limited-edition cuvées in collaboration with various artists.
