The winery manages 3.6 hectares of vineyards situated in the communes of Troissy, Mareuil-le-Port and Leuvrigny. The clay-limestone soils are planted with vines that have an average age of 40 years and a predominantly northern exposure. In the vineyard, the estate primarily applies organic treatments to preserve soil quality and biodiversity. In the cellar, vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, and the resulting champagnes are characterized by a very low dosage.
