The Champagne house Champagne Ariston Jean-Antoine is managed by the Ariston family in the fourth generation and is located in the commune of Brouillet. The estate cultivates 7.5 hectares of vineyards using integrated pest management and cover cropping. The AOC Champagne portfolio includes cuvées made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, featuring single-varietal styles such as Chardonnay aged in oak barrels as well as Blanc de Blancs from old vines. Traditional methods and continuous care are applied to the production of the cuvées.
