The Champagne Alain Mercier estate is located in Passy-sur-Marne in the heart of the Marne Valley. The winery is managed by Romain Mercier, who continues the family tradition with an unconventional approach. Alongside the classic grape varieties Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir, the estate also cultivates the historical varieties Arbane, Pinot Blanc, Petit Meslier, and Pinot Gris within a walled plot. Viticulture is conducted according to sustainable principles, featuring mechanical weeding and minimized inputs. The portfolio includes various styles such as brut, brut nature, blanc de blancs, and blanc de noirs.
