The Caviro S.c.a. enterprise was founded in 1966 and has developed into a significant cooperative association with a vineyard area of 36200 hectares. The operational base extends throughout Italy, relying on numerous member wineries located across various regions. The portfolio includes wines with well-known designations of origin such as Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, Chianti Classico DOCG, Chianti DOCG, Nobile di Montepulciano, and Sicilia DOC. In addition to winemaking, the cooperative is intensively dedicated to the circular economy, the valorization of winemaking by-products, and sustainable production. Since 2020, the company has also been certified according to the Equalitas sustainable wine standard.
