About the estate

The CAVIM Cantina Viticoltori Imolesi estate was established in 1992 through the merger of Cantina Sociale di Sasso Morelli and San Biagio di Castel Guelfo. Today, the winery relies on a social base of 500 members who cultivate approximately 1250 hectares of vineyards located in the hilly area of the Santerno valley. The average production amounts to 250,000 quintals of grapes. The cultivated indigenous and international grape varieties include Trebbiano, Albana, Sangiovese, Pignoletto, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot.
