The Cave Tsallin estate was founded in 2008 by Antonio Pinho in the heart of the vineyards of Vétroz in Valais. The name is derived from a local micro-location where the operation manages a cherished plot. The portfolio comprises a wide selection of crus with low yields, featuring white grape varieties such as Fendant, Johannisberg, Ermitage, Chardonnay, Amigne, Petit Arvine, and Païen, alongside red varieties like Pinot Noir, Humagne, Syrah, Merlot, and Cornalin. The wines are produced through careful management of the vineyards and are made available for distribution.
