About the estate

Located in Aven, Valais, the Cave Stephane Papilloud estate is a fourth-generation family business established in 1927. Romain Papilloud runs the operation as a self-taught winemaker, supported by his wife Gladys in administration and customer reception. Since 2008, their son Vincent has also joined the domain and cellar following his training in viticulture and winemaking. The estate practices environmentally conscious winegrowing. The wines are classified under the AOC Valais denomination.
