About the estate
The Cave St Ours 35 winery was founded in 2020 by Marielle and Michel in their family home in Branson within the Valais region. The management of the vineyards and the vinification of the grapes are carried out artisanally with personal dedication. The portfolio includes wines with the AOC Valais designation of origin. The harvest and vineyard work are tended continuously and with care. In the spring of 2026, the estate will present its sixth vintage.
