The Cave Renaissance SA winery has its roots in Cave Taillefer, founded in 1998, and has been operating under its current name with modern facilities in Valais, Switzerland, since 2013. The portfolio focuses on classic and indigenous grape varieties of the AOC Valais appellation, including Fendant, Gamay, and Heida. The production combines traditional craftsmanship with a contemporary, accessible approach to craft authentic wines from the regional terroirs. Distribution is handled directly to private customers as well as to trade and hospitality partners.
