About the estate
The Cave Prévost estate looks back on a history founded in 1900 by Alfred Prévost and is managed today in the fourth generation by Maude and Nicolas. The winery cultivates fourteen hectares of vineyards on the clay-limestone slopes of Vignoux-sous-les-Aix within the AOC Menetou-Salon appellation. The vineyards enjoy an ideal eastern exposure and are planted with Sauvignon for white wine as well as Pinot Noir for red and rosé wines. The estate practices sustainable agriculture, combining traditional methods with modern approaches. The wines are regularly awarded prizes in competitions and are sold directly at the property.
