About the estate
The Cave Philippe Darioli winery manages three hectares of vineyards spread across several plots in the municipalities of Leytron and Chamoson in Valais. The local terroir consists of limestone and schist, imparting fruity aromas with good acidity and a mineral character to the wines. All vineyard work is carried out manually and in an environmentally friendly manner, followed by low-intervention vinification in the cellar. The portfolio includes grape varieties such as Fendant, Humagne Blanche, Pinot Blanc, Johannisberg, Païen, Petite Arvine, and Ermitage. These wines reflect the typical characteristics of their respective grape varieties.
