About the estate
The Cave Olivier Pittet winery was established in Valais in 2004 and cultivates a vineyard area of 1.2 hectares. The agricultural work is carried out across a multitude of small plots with respect for the soil and the plant. The production aims to create dense and concentrated wines that authentically reflect the characteristics of their origins. The estate's portfolio includes indigenous grape varieties, which can be explored during vineyard visits and tastings by appointment.
The eno directory lists 12 wines, mostly from Petite Arvine and Chardonnay.
