About the estate
The Cave Lips winery in Leytron was founded in 1948 by Arthur Philippoz and his wife Clarisse in the Swiss region of Valais. Today, the family business is run in the third generation by Aïda Lips together with her father Rolf and her partner Ilan. The estate cultivates several hectares of vineyards in the first zone and works with a palette of 17 different grape varieties. All wines carry the AOC Valais designation of origin. In addition to the wines, the assortment includes Vignac, a wine brandy aged in oak barrels.
