About the estate
The Cave Gilbert Devayes estate cultivates ten hectares of vineyards in Leytron in the Valais and produces its wines exclusively from its own harvest. Founded as a family business by Riquet Devayes, the enterprise was subsequently run by Gilbert and is now being passed on to his son-in-law, Gaëtan. The production encompasses the entire process from vineyard management to bottling in order to preserve the quality and character of the regional terroir. The portfolio reflects the winemaking tradition of the AOC Valais and represents authenticity and craftsmanship.
