About the estate
The Cave du Chavalard estate was founded in 1988 by Josiane and Vincent Carron and has been managed by their son Gilles and his wife Andrea since 2011. The winery cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards located on the sunny slopes of Fully and Martigny as well as in the area of Charrat. The wines are vinified in a modern environment with a focus on respecting the specific typicity of each wine and prioritizing sustainable practices.
