About the estate
The Swiss family winery Cave des Rossillonnes is located in the heart of the La Côte region in Vinzel and looks back on a traditional history dating back to 1925. Spanning 6.5 hectares of vineyards, the estate cultivates parcels situated between 450 and 500 meters of altitude with a full south exposure. Farming is conducted according to integrated production methods, and the estate vinifies exclusively its own harvest. The portfolio features nine different grape varieties, including Chasselas, Doral, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Noir, Gamay, and various blends. The wines hold the appellations AOC La Côte and AOC Vaud.
